This lakefront home sits directly on Lake Bowen, just off Hwy 9 in Inman, SC. Enjoy a brand-new private dock, life jackets, and a spacious backyard perfect for relaxing by the water.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, open layout designed for comfort and connection. The dining table seats six, and the kitchen island seats three—ideal for family meals or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you’ll need to cook for your group of up to eight guests: utensils, pots, pans, modern appliances, a full-sized refrigerator, Keurig, and even a popcorn machine for cozy nights in.

The living room features three comfortable couches, a smart TV, and blackout curtains for privacy. There’s also a dedicated workspace with seating for one, perfect for remote work or quick check-ins.

This home offers three bedrooms:

• Primary Bedroom: King bed with luxury linens and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, tiled shower, private toilet with bidet, and his-and-hers sinks. We provide high-quality towels and black makeup towels for convenience.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, full-length mirror, and blackout curtains for restful sleep.
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed plus a set of twin bunk beds, also with blackout curtains and premium bedding.

You’ll also have access to a full laundry room, complete with washer, dryer, and a starter supply of essentials including laundry detergent, paper towels, snacks, soaps, and cleaning products.

Before check-in: Primary Renter must complete a quick verification process; sign a rental agreement, upload a photo ID, and authorize a temporary security hold on a credit card. You'll receive a link after booking. This must be completed prior to arrival.
