A brand new, well-appointed home less than a mile from Downtown Greer. Close to everything, but comfortable enough that you won't want to leave.

The open-concept main living area has vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, hardwood floors, and a large dining table that seats the whole group. The kitchen is fully stocked with a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and Keurig...ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner.

The living room has a large leather sectional, oversized smart TV, and a ceiling fan that keeps it comfortable year round.

Bedrooms:
The primary bedroom has a king bed with luxury bedding, blackout curtains, a walk-in closet, noise machine, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with luxury bedding, blackout curtains, a closet, and a TV.

The third bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed, and sleeps up to 4. With luxury bedding, blackout curtains, a walk-in closet, and a TV; great for kids or extra guests.

The back deck has a Weber gas grill and string lights. The backyard includes access to a private regulation pickleball court with a basketball hoop. May be shared between two homes on the property, not public. There are disc golf baskets located in the lower field; bring your own discs!

Our home is not pet or smoking friendly. Extra guests or events with approval ONLY.

We offer add-ons including welcome baskets, celebration setups, early check-in, and late checkout. Just message us after booking.

Before check-in: Primary Renter must complete a quick verification process; sign a rental agreement, upload a photo ID, and authorize a temporary security hold on a credit card. You'll receive a link after booking. This must be completed prior to arrival.
